Operation: RerunAuditsV202508 Permissions: FlaggedItems (Manage)

Re-run audits on a set of bills
Only a subset of audits are run. The audits that run are the ones that are affected by bill history
Also the owner audit setting and any accouunt level audit setting overrides will be applied
Resolved flag issues and flags could get re-flagged because of this action
If the audit setting is set to Flag and Hold, the bill will get Held from export
