DELETE /api/v3/meterGroup/category/{categoryId}

Deletes a meter group category and all its contained groups

DeleteMeterCategoryV3 Permissions: BuildingAndMeterGroups (Delete)

Use this endpoint to remove a category and all meter groups within it. Cannot delete automatic categories or categories containing groups used in chargeback configurations. The operation is transactional.
