Moves one or more places to a new parent in the hierarchy
Use this endpoint to relocate places under a different parent organization or site.
Triggers recalculation of user-defined auto groups and clears the place benchmark cache.
Validation is handled by PlaceValidator to ensure valid parent-child relationships.
