DELETE /api/v3/placeGroup/{placeGroupId}

Deletes a user-created place group

DeletePlaceGroupV3 Permissions: BuildingAndMeterGroups (Delete)
Use this endpoint to permanently remove a manual place group. Automatic groups (system or user-defined auto groups) cannot be deleted.
