Recalculates membership for all user-defined auto groups

RecalculateAllUserPlaceAutoGroupsMembershipV3 Permissions: BuildingAndMeterGroups (Edit)

Use this endpoint to force a membership refresh across all user-defined auto groups. Useful after bulk place attribute changes that may affect group membership criteria.
