GET /api/v3/vendor/{vendorId}/digest/actual/yearly

Retrieves yearly actual billing data for a vendor, broken down by commodity

GetVendorActualYearlyV3 Permissions: VendorsAndRatesModule (View)
Use this endpoint to get a summary of a vendor’s billing history over multiple years. Returns cost, use, and unit cost on a yearly basis with commodity-level detail. Returns null (204) if no billing data exists for the vendor.
