Discards the messages in a reporting chat that were never committed by saving a report
Use this endpoint when the user leaves a report without saving, so the chat history matches the last saved report. It permanently deletes every user,
assistant, error, and undo message added since the chat’s last report save. Committed messages and any message linked to a saved report version are kept.
When no messages remain (a report that was never saved), the chat is also deactivated and no longer appears in reporting chat endpoints.
Calling it when nothing is uncommitted is not an error. To keep the messages instead, save the report through the dynamic-report endpoints with a
message identifier from this chat.
