Retrieves the token usage for one chat
Use this endpoint to show or audit what a conversation has cost. Usage is recorded per
assistant turn; this returns the total across the whole chat. The chat must be active
and owned by the authenticated user. Requires the VirtualEnergyManager feature flag.
